Chefs
Create food people remember.
We're looking for passionate chefs who love great food and enjoy pushing simple ingredients in exciting new directions.
Whether you're an experienced chef or looking to develop your culinary skills, we're interested in creative, motivated individuals who bring ideas, energy and curiosity to the kitchen.
At Blend & Batch, our menus are inspired by seasonal ingredients and food culture from around the world, and we're always looking for talented people to help shape what's next.

Bakers
Start the day with something special.
Our bakers are the early risers behind the treats that fill our counter every day.
From cakes and traybakes to seasonal creations and signature favourites, we're looking for people who are passionate about baking and enjoy creating products that keep customers coming back
We're after individuals who bring creativity, attention to detail and a genuine love for simple things done exceptionally well.
We're looking for someone who:
· Has a passion for baking and great food
· Understands food safety and kitchen procedures
· Is organised and works well independently
· Enjoys learning and developing new skills
· Thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment
Our bakers usually start early, around 6.30am, preparing everything needed to stock our bakery counter and get the café ready for the day ahead.

Kitchen
Porter
The backbone of the kitchen.
Our Kitchen Porters play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It's a hands-on role and a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in hospitality and gain valuable kitchen experience.
We're looking for reliable, hard-working and enthusiastic people who enjoy being part of a team and take pride in keeping things organised.
The role includes:
· Washing up and maintaining clean kitchen areas
· Unloading and organising deliveries
· Sweeping, mopping and general cleaning duties
· Ensuring equipment is cleaned and stored correctly
· Deep cleaning fridges, storage areas and kitchen spaces
· Supporting the chefs and wider kitchen team wherever needed
No two days are the same, and you'll be an essential part of creating the Blend & Batch experience.
